Principalities of NSK :
Our basic principalities for our business are based on the philosophy that we had learnt from the definition and deep interpretation from several books and philosophy thus we had a deep understanding of how to do the best business systems.
Our principalities measurement are based on the 5 pillars of ethic systems :

1. Survey, Supervision, Security 
A. Survey : either customer or supplier can survey us through our external legal advocate about our activity
B. Supervision : either of our customer and or supplier can supervise our business activity with main is the commercial terms either is buying or selling activity which means this supervision activity by the third party of legal advocate ( stand alone ) give the guarantee of any miss conduct or any of mischievous activity outside the corridor of business ethic.
C. Security : to the customer security of payments or funds and delivery of goods are the main priority of NSK Group concern, there where the legal advocate shall control the activity of the commercial security for both parties buyer and supplier.

2. Control And Cost 
A. CONTROL : The activity of NSK Group scope of control are quality, quantity, and services which by the definition of control NSK Group shall conduct control of quality and giveth the survey to any supplier before goods were meant to be delivered to the customer. By the definition of control also can be the definition that every customer can check and conduct control checking to the third party legal advocate that supervising ( which the legal advocate are stand alone and following of
ethics and code of legal ), monitoring, and surveying the commercial activities of NSK Group.
B. COST : NSK Group shall bear the cost which taken from the selling price giveth to the customer, the cost is applicable to execute the 5 pillars systems that need to be implemented to give the customer and supplier guarantee. With cost given the service for the 5 pillars systems the objective is to only give customer and supplier a full guarantee and safety.

3. Safety
The priority ethics of business based on our experiences are concluded with point below :
A. Money safety : the first basic of business are money safety means either both of buyer and supplier need their money are safe either the purchase payment from the customer and the purchase payment to the supplier with this issue NSK Group gave a solution to all parties in the control pillar which all the commercial activities shall be control by the third party legal advocate which the customer and supplier can conduct cross checking and working closely with the third party legal advocate.
B. Quality Safety : the second basic of the trade ethics is how are NSK Group can give the customer quality guarantee and quality inspection survey before the cargo ship and deliver to the customer which we NSK Group committed to conduct any necessary survey and NSK Group shall cooperate with identified surveyor to ensure the quality before shipment.

C. Delivery Safety : NSK Groups preferring every single order and delivery shall be given a good insurance to ensure material safety and money safety
D. Time Safety : we work to eliminate time line for our customer for sourcing the goods as our service will trigger our team to work closely to find any necessary raw material products ( chemicals, nature commodity, energy based commodity, construction material and other that within our list of business that had been registered to Republic Indonesia trade of Chambers ).
E. Safety of attitude and ethic conducts integrated by truthful and openness action : what we do as an organization, team member, and personal act of business based on the first pilar for our personal principalities act honestly, giveth truthful and open information, these were the reason we are taking a courage action to be survey, supervise, and monitored by the third party legal advocate because what we want to do is an open and truthful business.

4. Price And Payment 
A. Price principalities we are implementing are based on the principle of mutual agreement that every customer are able to see and understand the price that are reasonable and logic to acquire the services and the material, aware that the economy of the global trade are price sensitive but again what do we giveth to the market are a guarantee to all parties, so the safety guarantee can be acquire to all parties.
B. Payment Terms : As an business entity and organization we set our principalities with fast operation within time frame that conducted safety transaction, safety and rightful material. Payment should meant to be as an integrity and service, which we are hold on into. Debt is not a payment, but payment should be reasonable and had a mutual benefit for all party, the safety of payment also monitored by the third party legal advocate. So philosophy of payment is the same like demand of premier needs should meet and reach its material.

5. Bond of Guarantee 
As a business guarantee letter or guarantee document is one of the prior essence to run a business selling and buying, with all the systems of these 5 pillars running the results is cometh into the bond of guarantee of the business it self thus the final were we as an organization willing to be control, supervise, and keep us monitored to our action towards the value and ethic of business.
